Book Review: Another Day, Another Dali

another-daliAnother Day, Another Dali (Serena Jones Mysteries) by Sandra Orchard brings the reader along the twists and turns of the case of FBI Special Agent Serena Jones as she is swept up in the theft of a family member’s Dali. The story brings the reader into the confusion and chaos of multiple cases – from the past and present – colliding together resulting in the cluttering of the personal life of Agent Jones.

Thrown into the midst of the mysteries and dangers of a missing Dali is the tension Special Agent Jones feels over the affections of two prominent men in her life who are vying for her attention (despite her attempts to deny this reality).  The romantic element may be a bit too heavy-handed of a theme in the book, but it appears that other fans of the series are into the subplot enough to even be casting votes online about who Agent Jones should eventually date.

Despite my personal sense that the romance element is a bit to prominent in the plot, Another Day, Another Dali is an excellent mystery and well written.
