I am finishing up week 1 of the Max Phase of the Advocare 24 Day Challenge. My weight has held steady in my target zone, but my wife says that she is noticing more muscle definition and I am noticing more energy throughout the day.
My one “oops” is that I forgot the afternoon Catalyst regime due to forgetting to pack the pills with my afternoon snack. Prior to these two days I was able to workout around lunchtime so I took them 30 minutes before those workouts.
Overall, I think my body is adjusting to the eating routine, portion size, and healthier (fewer carbs) food choices.
