24 Day Challenge

Day 3 of the Challenge is just about over.  On Day 4 I will switch from the fiber drink in the morning to a couple probiotic pills.  But I am sure those may not be the kinds of details you are interested in just yet.

Instead, here is the 10 Day Cleanse suggested menu schedule that I referred to in yesterday’s post so that you can see that the Cleanse need not be a boring food time in your life:

As you can see,  you are not starving yourself but rather keeping yourself hydrated and eating several smaller portions throughout the day.  The result is not overeating and keeping your metabolism going so that your body naturally burns off unwanted weight as the insides get cleaned up as well.
